Do you accept Insurance?

We currently accept: EAP through LYRA.

If you have other insurance, we are considered an Out-of-Network provider. We’ve partnered with Thrizer, a modern payment solution that processes OON claims automatically, allowing you to pay only your true co-insurance upfront.

How do I use Thrizer?

You will create an account on Thrizer, add your insurance information and payment method, review your out-of-network benefits, and pay your co-insurance for sessions. This can save you on average 70% upfront on our sessions. You can review your OON benefits and cost of sessions before your first appointment directly on Thrizer, enabling you to make a fully informed investment decision.

We can still provide you with a superbill for individual sessions (a detailed receipt of services) that you submit directly to your insurance company if you chose not to use Thrizer.

How do I check my Out-of-Network benefits?

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we securely store credit/debit cards through the client portal.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients with financial constraints on a case-by-case basis. Rates are reviewed every 3 months.

What is the Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)?

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. We provide a clear estimate of session fees so you can make informed decisions. We are happy to provide this written estimate upon scheduling your first session.
