Skills Refresher Session
(Established Clients Only)
$110 (30 minutes)
A shorter, focused session for established clients who don’t need a full appointment but want quick accountability, encouragement, or a reset. Perfect for those who are maintaining progress and want to stay on track between regular sessions.

The Decision: Private Pay vs. Insurance
At That's So Therapy, PLLC, we operate primarily on a Private Pay model. This decision is made to prioritize your healing and privacy, allowing us to deliver the specialized, custom care you deserve without external constraints.
While insurance can reduce the financial barrier, Private Pay ensures:
Complete Privacy: Your diagnosis, records, and treatment details remain confidential between us, not shared with an insurance provider.
Specialized, Custom Care: Treatment is fully tailored to your unique needs—not limited by insurance-mandated session limits, arbitrary rules, or required diagnoses.
Freedom to Focus: We focus on deep, lasting healing from childhood trauma and perfectionism, rather than prioritizing short-term, "medically necessary" goals defined by a third party.
Accepted Plans & Out-of-Network Benefits
We currently accept: EAP through LYRA.
If you have other insurance, we are considered an Out-of-Network provider.
This means you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for your sessions. We can provide you with a superbill for individual sessions (a detailed receipt of services) that you submit directly to your insurance company.
Take the guesswork out of reimbursement. Use our simple tool to check your coverage now:
To confirm your out-of-network benefits, please also call your provider and ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
Does this coverage include telehealth services?
What percentage of each session is reimbursed?
Is there an out-of-network deductible? If so:
What is the amount?
Have I met my deductible for the year?
How many therapy sessions are covered annually?
What is the process for submitting a superbill?
Knowing this information upfront can help you feel more empowered as you invest in your healing. We are happy to support you with providing the superbill documentation.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. We provide a clear estimate of session fees so you can make informed decisions. We are happy to provide this written estimate upon scheduling your first session.
